Manage your penalty at your fingertips

You can now manage your penalties on your mobile through the Service NSW app.

The app allows you to pay your penalties, view details and images, track penalty payment plans and avoid late fees.

To access all the services offered by the app, follow the instructions to register for a MyServiceNSW account, link to your RMS account and turn notifications on in your settings.

Commercial clients

Our commercial clients are agencies that engage us to process fines on their behalf.

We provide our commercial clients access to an online self service portal that allows users to download reporting and fixed penalty handbooks, order stationery and register for SEINS online training courses.

Login information

Security administrators need to have established a personal login.

Other staff of client agencies should contact their security administrators for their dedicated access.
