Enforcement order

Act now to avoid extra costs, loss of licence, cancellation of registration and other penalties.

If you do not pay or finalise your penalty reminder notice or court fine by the due date, we will send you an enforcement order with an additional $65 fee applied.

To stop further enforcement action, choose from the following options:

You can use myEnforcement Order to make a payment, apply to pay by instalment, check the status of your enforcement order and dispute your failure to vote enforcement order.

If you believe the information supplied to us by the issuing authority is incorrect please contact us.

If you do not pay or finalise the enforcement order by the due date we will take further enforcement action, including suspending your licence, registration or dealings with Road and Maritime Services.

Additional fees apply when we take these actions.
