Fines self service
This service provides you with the ability to:
- check the balance and status of your active enforcement order(s),
- make a credit card payment,
- apply to pay your enforcement order(s) by instalments,
- dispute your fail to vote enforcement order.
Only the person named on an enforcement order or an authorised representative of the organisation named, should access information about enforcement orders in that name.
Pay by Instalment Applications
Applications to pay by instalments are generally processed within 2 working days.
You can check the progress of your application by logging into the application. While your application is being processed, the on screen message will advise it is under review.
If your application has been approved, your next payment date and amount will be shown on the main screen.
In most cases, RMS restrictions can be lifted when a pay by instalments application is approved and issued. To check if your restrictions have been lifted, please call the RMS on 13 22 13.
