Commercial clients
Note: there have been a number of changes to fixed penalty handbooks. You need to download the latest version of your fixed penalty handbook. Changes include:
- The Australian Road Rules have been incorporated effective from 1 July 2008.
- CPI increase to a range of penalty amounts.
- Highlighting of changes has been re-introduced.

Delegated Client Access Security (DCAS)
A Delegated Client Access Security (DCAS) system is available for commercial clients. DCAS offers secure personal logins for individual users.
SDRO has established logins for Security Administrators of each client organisation. These people will be responsible for delegating and monitoring security access for their staff.
If you need to access information on a regular basis please ensure your access has been established by your Security Administrator.
Login Information
Security administrators need to have established a personal login.
Other staff of client agencies should contact their security administrators for their dedicated access.
