Pay your penalty notice by credit card
All credit card payments are made through a secure Westpac link. We will accept payments up to $7500.
Note: a 0.5% card payment fee will apply from 12 May 2012.

Phone your financial institution or visit their website to pay by BPAY.
Note: From 12 May 2012, we will no longer accept credit payments through BPAY. If you wish to pay by credit card, call 1300 130 112 (international clients call +61 2 9087 7951) or follow the online payment links for penalty notices or enforcement orders. A 0.5% card payment fee will apply to credit card payments.
Warning: Do not pay if the person named on the penalty notice was not the person in charge of the vehicle at the time of a demerit offence. Paying will apply demerit points to the wrong person.
Note: Some serious parking offences, such as those occurring in a school zone, have demerit points applied. If you are unsure if demerit points apply, contact us.
Warning to companies: If you pay a demerit point offence before the penalty is transferred into the name of the actual driver, you may be issued with a further fine, of over $1000, for 'Failing to Nominate' the person responsible.
Please send us a statutory declaration naming the person responsible. Payment should only be made after a penalty notice is received in the name of the driver.
Enforcement action
Timing of payments and lifting RMS restrictions
For credit card payment: You must pay before 6pm Monday to Friday to ensure that your payment is processed overnight. Online payments made after 6pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday night. Any Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) restrictions will remain in place until the payment is processed and all outstanding enforcement orders have been paid in full. Any RMS restrictions for online payments made after 6.00pm Friday will not be lifted until Tuesday morning.
For BPAY: We recommend you make a payment before 3.30pm, Monday to Friday. If you pay after this time or on the weekend, the transaction can take 2 working days to process. Note: when we receive your BPAY payment is dependent on your financial institution. For more information on BPAY, contact your financial institution or visit their website.
Contact the RMS before driving to confirm the restrictions have been lifted.
