BPAY
Contact your bank or financial institution to make a payment using BPAY. You need the following information:
- Biller code 36848 (for penalty notices) or biller code 364174 (for enforcement orders)
- your payment reference number - printed on your penalty notice or enforcement order, under the 'payment options' section.
You can only make BPAY payments from overseas if the payment is made via an Australian financial institution who participates in the BPAY Scheme.

We recommend you make a payment before 3.30pm, Monday to Friday. If you pay after this time or during the weekend the transaction can take two working days to process.
Note: when we receive your BPAY payment is dependent on your financial institution or bank.
Any RMS restrictions will remain in place until the payment is processed and all outstanding enforcement orders have been paid in full. Contact the RMS before driving to confirm the restrictions are lifted.
