Credit card payments by phone

You can pay your penalty notice or enforcement order by phone using a credit card.

We accept Mastercard or Visa.

Payment can be made from anywhere in Australia by calling 1300 130 112.

To make a payment from outside Australia, call +61 2 9087 7951.

You need to enter a payment reference number. Your payment reference number is printed on your penalty notice or enforcement order, under the 'Payment Options' section.

If you want to pay by credit card and do not have your penalty notice or enforcement order number, you can contact us for this information.

You must pay before 6.00pm Monday to Friday, to ensure that your payment is processed overnight. Online payments made after 6.00pm Friday will not be processed until Monday night.

Any RMS restrictions will remain in place until the payment is processed and all outstanding enforcement orders have been paid in full. Any RMS restrictions for online payments made after 6.00pm Friday will not be lifted until Tuesday morning. Contact the RMS before driving to confirm the restrictions are lifted.
