What happens when an enforcement order is annulled?

You are no longer required to pay the enforcement order. Any payment that you have already made on that enforcement order will be refunded. Any demerit points attached to the offence may be removed, pending a decision by the magistrate.

If you are unsuccessful at court, the court will advise what you owe and how to pay, and your appeal options.
