How to have your enforcement order heard in court
If you cannot provide documents to show you are innocent of the offence or have special circumstances to reduce your liability or apply for leniency, you can apply to have the enforcement order heard in court.
Note: there is a non-refundable administration cost of $50.
Once assessed and approved, the fine will be listed at the nearest local court where the offence occurred and a magistrate will decide the outcome.
