When can I apply to have an enforcement order heard in court?
You can apply for the annulment of an enforcement order only if the fine has not been already heard in court.
If a court has heard the fine and you want to contest the
ruling, you will need to contact the issuing court to determine
what avenues of appeal are open to you. If there is no avenue
of appeal, you will need to pay the enforcement order.
- What happens when an enforcement order is annulled and listed before a court?
- What happens if an annulment application is refused?
