Request for Review by phone
You can contact us by phone for any of the following situations to be considered for a review:
- you are seeking leniency due to a good driving record
- your vehicle was stolen at the time of the offence and you can quote an event number from the report you made to the police
- you can prove your vehicle was not at the location of a camera detected or parking offence
- you can prove there has been an error by the issuing officer
- you want to discuss the circumstances before submitting a request in writing.
