Request a Review
Contact us to request a review
You can request a review of your fine up to the due date on the penalty reminder notice by writing to us. You need to provide documentary evidence to support your case. Send your request for review to our postal address.
You can choose to have your fine heard in court by completing a court election form or advising us in writing. You are not required to pay the fine if you elect to go to court. If you are unsuccessful at court, the court will advise you what to pay, and your avenues of appeal.
For more information about the evidence and documents required to request a review of a penalty notice, read the SDRO Review Guidelines.
