Choose to go to court
You can choose to go to court by completing a court election form or by writing to us.
If you had a request for review which was unsuccessful, you can still choose to go to court.
If you choose to go to court, your fine will be listed at the local court nearest to where the offence occurred. A court attendance notice will be sent to you with details of the court and attendance date.
Note: requesting a review of a penalty notice may involve paying additional court costs.
